I’m Patrik Potocki, CTO at Fast Track — an iGaming player engagement platform trusted by some of the industry’s biggest operators.

I lead the engineering organization and own the technical direction of our platform: architecture, infrastructure, developer experience, and delivery.

AI agents have completely changed how I work. Tools like Claude Code, Codex, and other coding agents are now a core part of my daily workflow — they write the code while I focus on reviewing, exploring ideas, and architecting systems.

I believe the engineers who lean into these tools early will have a massive advantage. It’s not about replacing developers; it’s about amplifying what a single engineer can accomplish. The way we build software is shifting fast, and I’m here for it.
